After my week helping
manage "Alice's Secret" whilst Ian and Julia took a holiday.
I decided with a bit of persuasion from Noel (not much needed!!) to sort
out the pathways around the newly installed swimming pool. I know!! I
know!! "A bus mans holiday" But hey!! we like a challenge, and a
challenge it was!!
Most days the temperature rose to over 40 degrees and after 2pm it was
just too hot to work.
Although I did manage to go through a whole day once, then slept a lot!!
Everything you touch in that temperature
is so hot, and that in turn makes it very hard work. But now its done and
I am very pleased with the finished job :-)
Noel and myself worked really hard and it took us 7 days to complete. And
I do believe I have a bit of a tan!!!
